Shipping

-Beauty Elements will email all up to date information as your order is being processed.

-Beauty Elements will usually ship items within 48hours after order is processed, but we do not gaurentee this.

-Beauty Elements insures that all beauty products are fresh.  In doing so some orders may be on back order and not in stock.  In some cases it may take a week to ship items.  Please advise us if the order is needing a faster shipping method.

-Beauty Elements ships all orders (except to P.O. Boxes) through UPS.  P.O. Boxes are shipped through canada post.

Returns

-Beauty Elements will incure all shipping costs for return orders that are incorrect or missing items.  Please notify Beauty Elements within 10 business days of reciept  of shipment if there are any discrepancies with your order. Once 10 business days after reciept of shipment, Beauty Elements will assume order is correct.  In this case, if any discrepancies are reported Beauty Elements reserves the right to not ship additional items.

-Un-opened, Un-Used products can be returned within 30 days for a store credit only or an exchange. Shipping costs will be incured by the customer for returns or exchanges.  It is recommended to send shipments using only an insured shipper, as Beauty Elements will not be responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise.

-Any damaged, used or opened  merchandise will not be accepted, and no store credit will be given.

-Any used product cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.  Beauty Elements must be advised with any quality issues of the product within 10 business days, and the product must be shipped back within this time. Beauty Elements will only replace the items or give a store credit after the product is recieved by Beauty Elements, and we reserve the right to determine if there is an issue with quality .

Refunds
-Beauty Elements does not offer refunds on returns, only store credits on all items. 
-There are no refunds on shipping charges.

Cancellations
-Orders can be only be cancelled for a store credit if the order has not yet shipped and it is less than 24 hours or less from when the order was placed.  Orders cancelled after this time will have to be returned with shipping charges incured by the customer and only a store credit will be provided. 

 

Beauty Elements Green Efforts

Beauty Elements Strives to help miminimize our environmental impact.  In doing so, Beauty Elements will recycle, re-use & use less when ever possible without compromising your order.  In doing so, some shipments may be packaged in re-used materials.  All products will be in their "new" packaging, but the box you recieve your package may not be.  If you wish to have your purchase sent in a "new" box, Beauty Elements will charge an extra $2 which will be donated to various environmental services.  Beauty Elements would also like to encourage all items shipped from our company be recycled or re-used.
